Over twenty-year of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, focusing on talent development and organization development in the Asia Pacific region for global corporations. As one of the first Asians to study positive psychology under Martin Seligman (the founder of positive psychology) Ms Tan has been active promoting positive psychology based coaching practices in business organizations.
Previous working experience includes senior human resources and executive development positions at MCI WorldCom Asia Pacific, Prudential Corporation and Deloitte management consulting practice.
Having lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China, and studied in the US, Australia and New Zealand, she has a unique blend of Western approach and Asian sensitivity in my work.
